Five two-bedroom units and 45 one-bedroom units.
Four one-bedroom units, located on ground floor, have been modified for wheelchair accessibility.
Primarily geared-to-income housing, but some market rent units are available.

Program / Response

• Canadian residents and landed immigrants aged 55 years and older
• A separate waiting list is maintained for seniors 65 years and older
• Priority is given to those 65 years and older
• Independent living only: If tenant requires home care services, they must arrange these directly with service agencies
